Selling/Trading Garry's mod for TF2 items

Trying to figure out how to get rid of my Garry's mod in exchange for TF2 items.

Year's ago I used to play TF2 actively. One day I traded some item's for a copy of Garry's mod. I played it for about 3 hours and the got bored. Soon after I was too busy with school project's, the gym and work. Meaning I took a long break from Steam.

Now in present day I decided to install Steam and TF2 back on my computer. However I have no intrest in Garry's mod. After doing some research I figured I could ask for a refund. However this is a game I recieved in exchange for TF2 items. So here's my question:

-If I ask for a refund... Will I recieve compensation or the pearson I traded the item with?
-Is there another way for me to ask for compensation?
-Is there a way for me to move Garry's mod from my library to my inventory? So I could trade Garry's mod in Scrap.TF.
-Is there another way for me to trade Garry's mod?

Sorry but you can't do anything about it, once you redeem the game, it's bound to your account forever, and if you don't meet the refund policy, there's nothing that can be done about it.
