I have 400 Mbps download speed but am only downloading at 100 help
with origin i download at 40MBps but steam only 10 why

Steam defaults to MB/s.

Steam > Settings > Downloads >>> Display download rates in bits per second

Check that box and let us know what you get.

Yeah, that's what I want. I mean I should Be downloading at 40MB/S since that's what I get when downloading games on origin or elsewhere. I'm currently downloading at about 10MB/S. Just steam seems to be rather slow. https://imgur.com/a/olDTpi7

At least you get a 10 not 1 or less.

If you are having 100 Mbps coming form the ISP you will download with 1/8 because 1MBps is equal to 8 Mbps. But see if you dont, what could bottleneck your connection.
