How do I delete a Steam controller config?

So I used to have problems with getting my DS4 to work with a game I was playing back when I had a Mac, so I made a controller config. I have a Windows computer now, and I no longer need the config. The reason why I want to delete the config is because it shows keyboard inputs when I use my controller, and I don't want to have to memorize the inputs. I have no idea how to delete the config. Can I have help?

1) Shut down steam
2) go to steam/userdata/(number folder)/config/controller_configs
3) delete the contents of that folder
4) start steam
