If you have a ton a games could take you a while to open each one till your find that game/s acf.
You could simply delete that game's folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
All your games are listed here.
They will still be in your Steam library if you ever want to use a newer OS and log into Steam.
Run the disc cleanup utility that will also show you any large files such temp and windows thumbnails.
Cleanup old windows updates.
System events .
Delete old system restores they can take up a lot of space.

hjt -> main -> config -> misc tools -> uninstall manager
find the steam games and delete entries
you get rid of all old programs and files not backed up.
To only delete a specific game delete it from C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common. And to make Steam forget about a game delete it's appmanifest in the steamapps folder, the appmanifest will be named after the Steam app ID, this app ID can be found in the URL of it's Steam Store page.
