How do I bind my mouse keys
I have a Redragon M908 mouse with 12 programmable buttons on the side. How do I make the buttons have names in the console. I tried to make the mouse 4 button toggle viewmodels but when I hopped into a game it didn't work. I used the command: bindtoggle MOUSE4 "r_drawviewmodel". I installed the soft ware but there is no clear way for me to program the buttons to be called mouse 4. please help

I have the Corsair Scimitar Pro which has the 12 side buttons also, I had to use the software to bind them to actual keys as a lot of games just don't recognize the buttons if I try to bind them in game. I ended up just binding them to the function keys (mouse button 1 = F1, 2 = F2 ect) in the software so I could then set those keys in game to what I wanted.

This forum post is asking about it

A user linked this program at the bottom, you could give it a try

Ideally you'd want to do it in your OEM software but if this works it's the next best thing. Looks like you can setup application specific profiles too which is nice.

You should find out what your game supports. Does it allow for example alt+shift+ctrl+1?
If so, use the mouse software (you got one, right?) to give the buttons alt+shift+ctrl+1 to 0, a, b,...

Then you go into setup, when you are asked to press a new key, press the mouse button.

If the game only support shift+key, think about using shift+numlock-1 or something like that.

"MOUSE4" is the games internal name for that particular input, you can't rename that. You can bind the additional moise keys to keyboard keys though.
