How do I know if someone I reported gets banned

Basically the tittle I found a bot spamming me with scam links so I reported it how do I know if it gets banned if so what type of ban do they get

on their profile it will say they have a vac ban in red under their badges

You don't

If they get a community ban, the profile will be blank
If they get a trade ban, it will say in red writing that they have one

Otherwise they are irrelevant to other people and only show to the owner

And VAC bans have nothing to do with scamming or posting links

it says that when your pc is having connection problems, at the bottom of your screen to the left of Freinds & Chat it will say NO CONNECTION if so

If the account gets some sort of ban, you might reveive a moderation message, telling you, that there was action taken against an account, you reported.

Thanks jerry I just needed to know because if the account wasent banned the scammer is still out there with that account
