"1 unread chat message" stuck. *FIXED*
It says i have 1 new unread chat message, when i click on it however, it just opens my friend's chat and doesn't go away. Yes, i have tried accessing it from my browser, which ultimately lead to nothing happening.

This is the first something similar happened, as i am aware sometimes if you block someone it may show you the notifications for his messages, although that isn't the case. This happened randomly as i was going "invisible" and back to "online".





...help?






EDIT FOR FIX: So, it was as i mentioned, i had somebody blocked temporarelly, so i unblocked them from steam browser chat, and the message finally showed up.

had some spam bot message me
blocked it
i received a message
deleted it
now the notification is stuck and i have no idea whos message it was because the bot used some bot name like abc12796387129
how the F am i supposed to re-add a spam bot just for the notification to disappear?
fix that damn bug
