A BLUE CIRCLE ON THE RIGHT OF MY SCREEN
there is a blue circle which points to the direction of sounds on the right of my screen whenever I open Gmod, it works on everywhere from the menu to any gamemode I play in solo or multiplayer, I do not know how to get rid of it and I also do not like it, the only thing it could be is the DRONES REWRITE mod that I downloaded when I got into a drone... anyone know how to fix it please

It's some kind of audo HUD or visual surround sound. Disable it in your audio driver software.
