account problem fell back to level 0 after being at level 8
account problem fell back to level 0 after being at level 8. What is the solution to this imbalance?

I'm level 40 and it dropped to 0, it happens sometimes
The levels should be back to normal soon.

Work was normal for a short time and returned the problem
