I got pished. Please help

Shortly, i got scammed by using 3rd site. I changed my api and de autorize all devices and changed password. But how can i know for sure the hacker have no longer access to my account?

On your mobile device go to "Support, My Account or Steam Account Data, Account Details, Last Logins".
