mouse cursor flickering when Steam client is opened
My cursor is flickering every time i open the steam client.
When i close it again the flickering stops.

I got Win7 64 Bit
AMD Radeon R9 380X
Intel Core i5 6.6k
Dual Monitor

steam -> settings -> controller -> [desktop config]
browse config -> disabled -> apply -> esc

Try disabling steam>settings>interface>directwrite and gpu accelerate just to see, worth a shot.
Also in windows >control panel>mouse>pointer options>hide mouse cursor while typing check that off incase its related but doubt it.
Might be gpu driver or steam bug with your card. GL
