Update broke Hori FC4 (PS4/PS3) pad. Can't use L3 & R3 buttons.

It worked fine a week ago. I've tested this while playing Tekken 7 and the R3 & L3 button doesn't work on the Hori FC4 (PS4/PS3) controller. I tried using a Xbox One controller and the buttons work fine. I also switched the L3 & R3 buttons back to L1 & L2 just to make sure my controller wasn't broken (it's not). It's not a game issue or a faulty controller. I think Valve may have broke the support when they added the support for Hori's Switch controller http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2018/07/valve_makes_hori_pokken_tournament_dx_pro_controller_compatible_with_steam_in_latest_update

Disabling the PS4 controller support in the controller settings of Big Picture mode solved this issue. Not sure what will happen if I play locally with the Hori FC4 & an actual PS4 controller though.
