2 Steam icons in taskbar
Like the title says,whenever I click the steam icon that's pinned on my taskbar,another icon is opened and that is a little bit annoying. Any method to rectify that? https://prnt.sc/kauk6c

When you have them both up, right click the one that is not active (the left one) and unpin it. Then right click the one that is still there and pin it. That'll fix it.

Yea it's because it's a new steam version and the one that you pined on taskbar is the old version.

It worked for me. Make sure the one you pined is the right one. If it doesn't work I have no idea.

The reason why it is doing this is because it uses a different *.exe now.
It was Steam.exe before and now it's steamwebhelper.exe.

Hope that helps some of you.

when i unpin the inactive one, both are unpinned. if i try to pin the new one, i'm back at square one.
