A Way to deactivate Bic Picture?

Hey guys,
is there a way that completly deactivates bic picture? So that the button in the top right cornerdisappers or has no use?
I dont need big picture at all, even when playing with a controller.

Given that it's directly next to the freaking minimize button on the library window, "don't click the button" is pretty poor advice, as it's very, VERY easy to misclick on that bigass button.

no need to minimize, just click the x to close and open it from the tray again when you need
or minimize steam from the taskbar

I am rather sure that you've clicked countless minimize-buttons in your life and have managed not to click onto the spot left to the button.
