Duplicate Key
I just bought Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor for a cheap price from Instant Gaming and steam says that the code is already tied to another account and I can't send a message to the support team and I need proof of the conversation and i don't know how to contact the support team. Help!

It means that you were sold a used key and that's it. It's between you and whoever sold you the key. That's what happens when you prefer something cheap over security.
