Report a translation problem
Now games usually don't detect graphics cards, that's the computer's duty. If none of your games are running on your graphics card then it is your computer that doesn't detect the card, or the drivers for it, thus it tries to accommodate by using the integrated graphics.
If that doesn't work and you haven't left it too late try unistalling 1803 update.
Windows key + S > type without quotes and click 'recovery options' > should be 3 options. One of which will guide you through removing 1803.
If rolling back works. As it did for me keep it as is and try updating later. I will do a fresh windows 10 install when I can be bothered. For now going back to 1709 was the only thing that worked for me.
