Wifes account got hacked and paypal recovery does not work
My wifes account just got stolen today or yesterday. They changed the pass and the email and when we go to recover it using my paypal it asked for my last purchase on FEB 1. But She did not buy anything at that time and still had access. Even going through her activity it showed that she did not buy or download anything from that last purchase. Why is the paypal verification not working? Please Help...

Yes we did send a support ticket. I'm just worried that she lose all her games. She plays games like DST, subnautica mostly survival games so they are not cheep. We dont have a lot to just replace therm. I'm hoping we can get it back. Is there a wway for me to help prove that, Thats her account?

When support respond to the ticket they will ask for proof of ownership (1st e-mail or cd-key etc)
