I can't change my resolution in any games.
A week ago I Installed Mass Effect Andromeda I dont really have a good pc so I play at low res
but in the settings there was no option other than 1920x1080 I tried to change res in other games but all of them only had 1920x1080. I updated my graphics drivers both AMD R5 M330 and Intel HD 520 But It did'nt worked . I even performed an DDU but still no luck. I really Cant reinstall my windows right now so if you got any other fix please tell me.

You could set a launch parameter on the game: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1040-JWMT-2947

And use the -w and -h launch parameters for width and height.
As example for 1920x1080 you would add:

-w 1920 -h 1080

maybe there is another setting you have to change to get other resolution options

Does not works It forces it to go 1920x1080 even after setting parameters

so if you change -w to something else like -w 30 it still forces it to 1920x1080?

Given the clear notification on that page that they only work on GoldSrc and Source games, it's indeed unsurprising they didn't work for ME:Andromeda, which is on the Frostbite engine.

You could try this: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Detects-wrong-resolution/td-p/5932704

Well, something must force the game in some resolution otherwise this would somehow not make sence. You could try to force quit things in Task Manager, maybe stuff like AMD stuff, but not stuff that the system needs and then try again.
