Can't seem to buy anything on the steam store with PayPal. Anyone else getting this?

When choosing my payment method and clicking on PayPal, I get this message:

There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.

No way to contact support for some reason and changing from My PayPal Account to PayPal doesn't help.

Very hard, it is impossible to buy some games today with paypal. It is so dirt. This is the game what i want to play. Dirt is the game and dirt ist the steam platform. Its not the first time ive got Problems with the payment. Spooky and not excited. Bad ♥♥♥♥.

Ihre Transaktion kann nicht abgeschlossen werden, weil eine andere Transaktion für Ihren Account noch aussteht. :(

yesterday i try creditcard also. Its not possible to buy some games. Very sad. this platform is an desaster and not profesional. And i cant playing without this platform. Oh god. Give me hammer for this server.

I've just tried to buy Command & Conquer remastered through PayPal. And its still not working, as it says the payment is pending and seems stuck there.
