DBD on a MacBook Pro?
So, I have taken a big interest in the video game 'Dead by Daylight.' I've been dying to play this game for a few years, and finally managed to purchase it. However, I know absolutely nothing about computers, and made the mistake of purchasing it with my Acer laptop whose GPU is far too low. I'm just an average teenaged girl and my parents are 100% not willing to buy me a gaming PC.

For my birthday, my brother gave me his old Mac Pro, which works as good as new, but isn't compatible. I still have the game and still really, really want to play it. I can't get it on my PlayStation because I've got super Christian parents that'll let me play COD but not any horror. Is there a way that I could make this work?

If you could explain it as simple as possible, that'd be great. As I said, I know nothing about computers.

Ensure to fully update Windows, when you download your game, and launch the game, ensure you install the drivers when it ask you if you want to install drivers.

I would suggest to manually install the video drivers, for your mac, to ensure you don't encount video drivers issues that Windows may cause if it make a faulty error installing your video drivers, but do this if you encounter issues, such as video glitch, or fps problems, if you encounter this issue, uninstall AMD video drivers, and get the drivers from AMD, I suggest download the Auto-Detect to auto pick the drivers for you, and do the work for you making it easy.

Now just to confirm this a Mac Pro the one that look like a black trash can? Or this the Mac Pro book?

Then I hope it has a dedicated GPU, if not then may not be much better than your Acer laptop for gaming. You can check on mac, this video can explain how to check.

I assume you have intel graphics, but if you have either AMD graphics then that be really good, but most macs just use whatever comes on the CPU, and do not come with dedicated GPU.
