CSGO random micro stuttering
I know people have tons of stuttering issues in CSGO. I have had them before, but I fixed them easily. The last 2 months have been terrible in CSGO because of this new stuttering issue I have. my game runs 400+fps normally (my computer specs aren't the issue) yet every 30 seconds to a minute my game will stutter twice in succession. It freezes for about half a second twice, basically. My var spikes up during this as well. It only happens in competitive CS matches, not deathmatch or community servers. Every other game on this computer runs perfectly without issue. I've been told by steam support twice that they can't help me because its "hardware related". I really, REALLY doubt that. Does anyone have a clue? Or can someone help me diagnose the issue? Thanks! I have tried basically every simple solution with any sort of popularity online, so launch options or console commands aren't going to do anything most likely cause i've tried

The problem with your question is without listing some specifics, saying, "I've tried everything" with the connotation being, "suggest something I haven't tried". And how are to determine that exactly based on what you've provided?

You could also get around the issue of your specs by just listing them instead of being cagey. Yeah, I know they're not the issue. But there's no reason for them to be secret and it just gets a detail out of the way and sets some expectations.

If you quality and efficient help you're gonna be better off by not cutting corners on providing details.

ask own game forum.

but if this is true. the are the worst recommadation.( because they dont say it ) this is minimum

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
WindowsMac OS XSteamOS + Linux
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows® 7/Vista/XP
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom™ X3 8750 processor or better
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Storage: 15 GB available space

you might need i5 or i7 genetration cpu ( i dont know why they have not mentions this )
just so you get this i-generation is actual how strong next cpu generation cpu requiement is need for a game with no lag issue. ( if you have i3 then you might have found the problem, but do ask own game forum, i think they devs screw up here just because you can play at minimum dont mean recommend settings is reach, this is seen from other games, and many call it bad optimized games, or i call outdate pc that play things is not build for. )

ps.
why bother buy new pc, if right i-generation cpu dont matter ( i could still use my 8086/x386 or old pentium , and noone belive that, not sure why the lack so many info in detail.
try see other games from that period then release i bet they have better info on games recommended needs to run smothly.

Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6600 = 2.40 GHz
this is basic in most laptop, mean you need full performance
only newer latop have basic 2.6GHz

and i dont even talking about intel boost technology cover higher requirements ( i do have seen game then it say NO, intel boost tech dont always reach a 3.0+Ghz stable throughput.)
