Hoi mijn naam is Edwin en heb Shadow of the tombraider gekocht bij G2A en na Steam accepteerde mijn key code en heb hem geinstalleerd zonder enig probleem.
Na 18 uur game te hebben gespeeld wordt ik toch door (wat men zegt) dat de betaling niet is afgerond , verwijderd van mn Steam account.
Dat wil zeggen "geen shadow of the tombraider meer" vind dat heel raar!!!???
Hoe kan dat?

It's a site that you get keys from other people right?
Then it's easily get scammed with either stolen cards, or the person just grab the money&reclaim it from the bank(or third party) then ran away, it's nothing new and which is the reason one should always find real trustworthy place to buy things

Die site staat bekend als een zwarte markt. Keys die daar verkocht worden zijn vaak verkregen via fraude, waardoor de developers en publishers geen geld krijgen. Als developers of publishers dat achterhalen, dan blokkeren ze die verkochte keys.

Probeer via die site die je gebruikt hebt om je geld terug te krijgen. Dit is geen Steam probleem, het spel is niet op Steam gekocht.

De hartjes zijn een filter, daarmee wordt eigenlijk al aangegeven dat de site niet getolereerd wordt door Steam.

yes i know, i try on steam to buy some games but it wil give me a error when i try it on ideal.
And the other go`s directly to my ideal without error..

if you are getting an error, try reading the error message. there is always a reason for an error message to show up. if you need help understanding the error message, post it, word for word. the regulars on the forum are more the happy to help you understand what the problem is. if the error message said to Contact Steam Support, then that means you need to contact steam support to get the error fixed.

and if you plan on buying game activation keys, try this site

That site you mentioned in your post, is like a grey market. Stuff you buy from there can either work, or it doesn't. It's similar to a flee-market. It's 2nd-hand merchandise.
If buy directly from Steam, you won't have any of those problems.

It shows hearts because more people have bought things from there that didn't worked. So, they try to keep it hidden.

sometimes i ask a friend to buy something like a gived otherwise i cant buy things...i worked my payment on my phone....

I think you should call your bank(phone company) to ask if they can do something about it, sometime it just simply some sort of international transaction option being not enabled(which you will almost laugh to being troubled by this reason)

But if it's not worked, if your Steam payments listed something like 'Skrill' or 'Paypal,' they are third-party payments companies that providing local services that you might be able to paying by using them(not sure if the fee though). To be noted,the thing is if Steam somehow refund the money to 'you' but the 'Steam wallet,' the money will likely only refunds to the their-party's wallet for instead, which might requires additional fees to pull it out(well, or you can always buy other things with it anyway)

But spoken of the Steam wallet, if you can found legit local Steam gift card you can also try it I guess:

Geprobeerd van zowel de steam client als een browser? Cache van beiden al een keer leeg gehaald?
