How to check Steam hub ban history?

How is it I can get to a Steam hub ban page only when I get banned and be unable to view the reason I got banned for, later on? Keep in mind that I'm talking about Community ban not VAC bans, that's a different thing. I believe I've not only been banned in Steam Off Topic multiple times but also in individual game hubs too, I would like to check all of them and their reasons if that is available to see. I've looked around Steam client and also my account but there seems to be no option to see them.
