Another option is VPN connecting to a network that does have ports that are needed open. If you have router / modem with wifi for it at home, can just use that to port forwards, but you said you have crappy internet which I assume you meant your internet with your router / modem. So not many options really for you tbh. Also please note that VPN may not be safe as you wouldn't know whom the host of that VPN service.
or maybe i have wrong bcz i think the port are dependent of the mobile operator
Try to put your mobile date in IPV6, bcz mine was in IPV4, so i changed it to IPV6 and it work so try the same maybe
1- in your cellphone, go to configuration, network, then look for the 4g configuration you are hotspoting. There, you must look for something about APN configuration. In this, ENABLE IPv4/IPv6.
2- in your computer, connect to hotspot, then go for properties of the connection. In network profile, check "PRIVATE conection". Then look for firewall security config, and DISABLE firewall for domain network and private network (be aware this may put you in danger). Thats how I could again acess steam and my beloved destiny 2.
same issue still can't connect through my iOS hotspot.
I tried setting it to IPV6 and still no go.
When I use LAN (ethernet), our ISP (PLDT) has ipv4 connection and everything is fine.
