Buying valve index off ebay
If i buy a full sealed kit off ebay will i still get half-life alyx for free

No. The account that purchased the Index gets it. It is added upon their completed transaction with Valve.

eBay has nothing to do with Valve, so any deals happening on Valve will not be transferred over. Since this is an game that get added automatically, the person that bought it off steam gets it for free,while you only get the kit you paid for as that's about it.
