When?
Do you mean "when I start my computer it starts automatically?"
Do you mean "when I click on a non-steam thing, it interrupts"?
What specifically do you see, a chat box? A sale page? The library?
What are you doing when it 'pops up' again? What is ON that screen when it does this?
When was the last time you actually shut down and rebooted your computer?
Have you scanned for malware?
What *specific* window do you see when it "pops up"? As I already asked: the Library window? The Store page? A chat window? An advertisement that LOOKS like Steam?
It's like what happens when you click the x button on your xbox-controller.
It opens up where it was left.
So i close simply by a window-close with steam still running because i want to.
And then it just reappears.
I think there should be a way to disable the xbox button and it will be fixed.
