I have a question.
What happen if i get bdo and im in the locked region?

The real problem is my friend already claim bdo through nvidia geforce now and this not have this "locked region" and out of steam we can play fine (without VPN), I dont want his account get banned because of me.

He can make a free item refund?

BDO is currently free on steam. If you are able to claim it in your current store region then your not in a locked region.
