How to change the game title bar colour?
I play in windowed mode. Games that I launch with Xbox companion allow the game title to be black instead of the standard bright white. Can I change the colour of the title bar for my steam games and other platform games?

You can change the system title bar color.

How, and does this include game title bars, or are you only talking about the windows explorer title bars?

Game title bat's are title bars. As such, they're affected by the system title bar setting.

You mean the windows boarders? Or Steam UI?

Windows boarders can be changed, visit your Windows settings under personalization, and colours.

If you mean like the Steam skin UI, then that something else, can be done by editing the Steam files, or even getting pre set made Steam skins like Metro skin, or etc... For Library that can be done by editing the steam .css files in notepad, just need to find the colour for whatever part you want to change colours for.

No there is no option to change the title bar of games/apps in windowed mode. Open a game in windowed mode and there is a title bar at the top of the window with the name of the game. I want to change the colour of that.

Windows menu -> type "themes" -> Click "Themes & Related settings" -> Click Colours, pick a colour you like, tick "Title bars and Windows Borders"
