Question about LANCache and sharing download.
Due to my internet connection on consumption, I'm here to ask: Considering I have my main desktop computer with some games installed. For example "Game A"; "Game B" and "Game C".
Game A and Game C require updates. If I take my laptop and go to use another internet connection (flat). Downloading Game A, Game C and Game F. When I go back on MY connection and put my laptop on same LAN of my desktop PC, is possible to install Game F without make and restore backup, but just by clicking on "Download"? Steam will take files from laptop?
And about Game A and Game C? They will get updates via LAN? (Also from laptop)

I have read about lancache and dns injection. But I'm not sure to understand it.

Unfortunately, no. Steam will NOT use data from other boxes in your LAN, it will always go to Steam servers.

Don't spread misinformation. There are multiple methods to use lan caching for Steam. Many large scale game cons use it. Although not as easy as OP may be thinking.

Lan caching isn't what you think it is. It's very inconvenient to set-up if you only intend to be using between two devices. Most places using lan cache have hundreds or even thousands of users to justify caching games.
What Kargor said is correct. Steam does not use data from local LAN users.
What you recommend are very viable solutions, but they are third party ones. Not made by Valve.

Unfortunately this is for Ubuntu only, I'm on Windows 10.

So this is a fake news or something that is not what I'm looking for?
What that means is that Valve added an API to make it easier for the third party tool LANCACHE to work.
It does not mean it is integrated into the Steamclient.
It is not fake news, you didn't understand it properly.
