They don't split codes up for Gift Cards, why not just buy a $25 instead?
Visa Gift Card is not really much different from a STEAM Gift Card,
I think?
I've not really tried that before... Wouldn't you just buy stuff with the
Gift Card, instead of with your Wallet if that was the case?

Oh there's a $25 amount. Just use that.
they are starting to only allow numbers that are offtered
by STEAM Gift Cards now... & I guess a $5 Option...
Kinda sux, you pay odd weird numbers, & have to
deal with Tax now on purchases, obviously they are
trying to get users to get stuck in a situation where
a could of cents, or whatever is cut off, & they can't
reach the $0 marker... & because of this, it gets left
over, & never used, & eventually STEAM just claims
it as theirs, because there is no way for the User to get it back...
Eventually, people are gonna be like, they should just
round to the Nearest $1 amount, or Nearest $5 Amount,
instead of all this Change left over...
If we did that, this would cause things to go up even more
in price... Candy at Stores would no longer be $0.75 Cents,
Yogurt would no longer be $0.75 Cents... Which would cause
other things to go up in price as well... Taxes would also
go to the nearest $1 or whatever rounding upwards as well...
Pay Checks would do the same...
It wouldn't change anything really, except for the fact
that we now pay more for things we shouldn't be...
Imagine needing to take money out of an ATM, or
taking a Bus Ride that requires a change? Or something,
you would loose out on all that Change back, because
it's now a rounded number...
1.) Gift Cards were always STEAM ones,
& had only started using a Bank Card on STEAM recently...
2.) I have never attempted a Wallet Fund through a Bank Card before,
because I never trusted any Online Services with things like that, nor
did I ever trust Online Services with Bank Information tying to their
Systems before...
3.) Doesn't STEAM auto fill Wallet Funds from Bank Cards? I heard
to avoid this process is actually not an easy process to fix... At least
PSN had done this... But I thought STEAM started doing this, too...
So, if that was always the case, then I would not have known...
2. Then I suggest you research first, as you're not given custom amount option by Steam wallet by any payment option you want to use either by credit card, or bank card.
3. No it doesn't unless you're using a subscription service, for whatever games that use that, some games don't do this on Steam, and will point you to go to their site your link account to top up the membership.

2) If you don't know them maybe don't chime in without taking the most cursory glance at the page?
3) No... why would they do that there's no subscription for the wallet. Only for things like DOTA Plus.
Actually I was referring to a thing, where you
clicked allowed Auto-Fill as an Option, & when
the user clicked dis-allow, it did not work, causing
Users some issues... At least that was how PSN worked,
I never bothered with this myself, so I had forgotten if
STEAM did this too or not...
It was a thing, that always kept money in the STEAM Wallet,
in case Users had issues with payments for Games they wanted
to buy... It would auto-fill, it's just another way of being smart,
like how they call Smart Phones... Oh there is an app for that, & such,
things like that... It doesn't exactly mean it works right, or makes
the User any less worried...
If mean auto fill details in what I think you're talking about with credit card, or bank transfer, then that need to be saved to the account, when you add it, you need select the option to save it, or can be done at account details. https://imgur.com/KqZFaIc But there's no auto fill wallet feature on Steam.
