Yo I want to purchase items in marketplace with new account. How come the account has to be 60 days old in order to purchase?

his account is limited, and has only recently enabled steam guard on top of that he hasn't made any recent purchases.

so you should start by lifting your account limitation, by spending 5 dollars in the steam store.

If what you said is correct, then as long you have bought something, and wait for the account to be 2 months old, then you be in the clear.

The on going restrictions as wolf said, all accounts including old, and new, must make a purchase for anything on Steam, may be cheapest on Steam which will count, that must do it every 365 days from the last transaction on the account to keep access to the market, if went over 365 days from your last transaction, then you have to buy something, and wait 7 days, that just how it works. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1047-edfm-2932#purchase

Since the account you're posting from is limited, if you want to lift the limited, you must add $5 USD equivalent to the account, which I suggest if your currency is not USD, then add at least $6 USD equivalent to avoid future issues, as this is only a one time thing really.

Ah, no they have nothing to do with Steam at all, that's 3rd party that does not work with, nor work for Steam, or Valve, so you have to take it up with Marketplacetf, as this has nothing to do with Steam.

No one here will help you with this. This is also nothing to do with steam as the others have mentioned.

99% of third party trading websites are a Scam and have a high risk of compromising your Steam account. Stay away from those websites like the plague.

I would recommend you follow the instructions below and do not login to any more third party websites in future:

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Generate new back up codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Change your Account password on a secure device, mobile phone for example.
