Can no longer start PAC-MAN 256

So my issue is:

This game used to work well on my 1 year old HP Laptop running Windows
10. Haven't done anything in particular apart from getting all Windows
10 updates. But the game does not start when icon is clicked. The icon
just sits there down in the task bar and no game is launched.



First thing that looks like an error in the logs of Pac man 256 looks like this:

IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of range.
at UnityEngine.Display.RecreateDisplayList (System.IntPtr[] nativeDisplay) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

Googling that, lead me to this:

But trying all of the stuff from there still didn't help me.
Obviously this is a Unity game, and it seems that it breaks with Windows 10 combined with some graphic card/driver issues. I guess I have an integrated Radeon on my machine.
