Load an old save
So I'm trying to follow this video because I am a big oops

However I'm having a hard time finding the files it wants from me. I can find the game's icon no problem, but I guess that isn't what it wants. Where would I find the files I need?
I'm really REALLY bad at technology, and can't seem to find %appdata.
Help!

Press on your keyboard Windows key+R then paste "appdata" into the box. The save file location for the game you're asking is \AppData\LocalLow\Beautiful Glitch\Monster Prom

This will depend on which game, and what's 'oops' about it.

Game name is needed before any useful advice could be given

I've done a few "oops" maneuvers myself. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes impossible.

Where the file are going to be, heavily depends on the game(s) in question.

It's another issue if the game in question also supports cloud and if you have it enabled (though enabled by default for almost all games).

It's always a good idea to check pcgaming wiki of that game to find the local save location.

Otherwise, you may just have to specify which game(s). so we can point you in the right direction.

Sorry for the delay! The game in question is Monster Prom. I was under the settings menu and attempted to reset the settings to default, but totally misunderstood what the button meant and accidentally erased my data instead :winter2019sadsnowman:

Thanks for the assist. Even though this did help me complete what I needed to do, it sadly it not work in the long run and it seems the data could not be saved :(
