Geo/IP Games Block. Countries travel.

Hi.
My country for shopping - USA.
When I’m in another country, can I upload my games?
Does a regional block exist with a foreign IP?

The game was bought in the USA, I will upload from Bulgarian, Latvian, Russian IP.

dont change anything, if you return to current.
and use only as guest login ( mean, dont save own credentials then its a visit only )
do not buy either, you dont want a russian version of a game. then you figureout diffrent zone has diffrent languge version of same game. ( diffrent publisher. ) some say it is possible to swap to other version, but i doubt that, then other languge release is not present already in the game release.

game devs in the world need a kick in the butt, because , does it matter if you do live in russia, and get languge dl from us voices to game from us-server and maybe german tekstfrom german server ( this is just a example ), i cant belive they cant figure all this out, then IT has always made this possible to spreadout data all over the world.

you can use vpn to buy from own zone as emergency, but do not acces and play games through it, vac ban and other issue and steam policy can ba a issue here.

do not forget VPN is not illegal to use, its the use to steam and game server and country laws.
but i bet they will let this case pass, then you do return home to US. ( use it to buy from own zone, not play through it, huge diffrence. ) its almost walk the fine line here.

and it will still not solve buy a game ( if game dont have english version in russian zone ) wrong publisher. ( this is the issue here. ) ask steam support to push the edge of case. i dont see you have other choise. ( maybe this is the way to go ask for permission to buy it only. )
