- Set your region where you're physically going to be living at, not visit, but going to be living at with an address.

- If you bought something within last 48 hours, or region changed in the last two weeks you have a cooldown to stop you from region changing.

Don't change your region everytime you go somewhere instead keep it where you will be living.
