Can't sign in to google thru steam to upload videos

I wanted to upload a video to steam but it said "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app
This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In."
My friend can login so I guess it's not for everyone, does someone know a fix?

It's possible to do with a New Policy by Google.

It only popped up within a month or 2. So it's fairly new.

I don't know if this is the reason, but it's possible.
