無法贈送禮物給好友
為何送禮物按下去後選完好友卻顯示地區不相同 而朋友的ip已經確認是同地區 卻還是無法贈送

If it is telling you that it is region restricted, that only means one of the two accounts is not in the same region.

可是他卻可以接受朋友的禮物(此朋友為現在要贈送的對方)

兩邊互贈不同遊戲 一邊可以贈送 另一邊卻不能贈送 而且他也不能贈送其他的朋友
