Need to reset factory reset PC How do i save my game data?
I need to factory reset my PC which means all my games and steam will be uninstalled but I don't how to save my single player campaign data (GTA V Story, Sleeping dogs, Doom) Is there a way to save my data so I can continue where I left off after I reset my PC?

If you have Steam cloud enabled most of your save games are in the cloud and will be automatically redownloaded after resetting your system.
For everything else i recommend using Game Save Manager.

Its a free program that can find nearly all the save games on your computer and allows you to put them into a archive file.
Put that file on a USB stick or external HDD and after resetting your pc you can use the same program to restore the archive and it will put all the save games to their correct location.

90% of games have their save files in your "My Documents" folder on the Windows installation partition, so you could make a backup of that too but Game Save manager should catch all those save files anyway.
