Download stop at 99%

Hi,

I have problems downloading the game Wolcen. Unfortunately the download stops at 99%. The download speed then goes to 0 bits/s and then an error (timeout) occurs. In the commonapps folder the Wolcen folder is also completely empty.

What have I already tried:

PC restart
Steam restart
Empty the download cache (after that I had to download the game again and it stopped at 99% again)
Repair library
Steam reinstallation (after that I had to download the game again and it stopped again at 99%)

ich habe Problem das Spiel runterzuladen. Leider bleibt der download bei 99% stehen. Die Download Geschwindigkeit geht dann auf 0 bits/s und dann kommt ein Fehler (Zeitüberschreitung). In dem commonapps Ordner ist der Wolcen Ordner auch komplett leer.

Was habe ich schon versucht:

PC Neustart
Steam Neustart
Downloadcache leeren (danach musste ich das Spiel wieder von vorne runterladen und er blieb erneut bei 99% stehen)
Bibliothek reparieren
Steam Neuinstallation (danach musste ich das Spiel wieder von vorne runterladen und er blieb erneut bei 99% stehen)

Versuch mal den DLC abzuwählen, falls du ihn hast.

It was my internet provider (vodafone). Just unplugged it and used hot spot with my smartphone. Thanks

Hey Baran bedeutet das, da ich ebenfalls Vodafone als Anbieter habe und leider keinen internetvertrag fürs Handy habe. ich nur internet auf hamdy hand wenn ich es mit dem wlan verbinde es mir nicht möglich ist wolcen herunterzuladen? :/

Ja, du musst es mit einem anderen Anbieter machen. Ich konnte es mit dem Handy, weil ich mit dem Handy Telekom Kunde bin. Vielleicht kannst du bei deinen Nachbarn mal freundlich fragen oder deinen Freunden/Eltern. Eine andere Lösung kenne ich leider nicht
