Cant watch youtube videos

I can not watch ANY youtube video from Steam. Under the community tab in the new design(which is still rubbish), theres always a video or two hosted on youtube I wanna watch. When i click it though I get the same error: An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: GRREPOPVxNkU5PT5)

Go to youtube and everything works fine. Try to play an MMO game that takes up alot of bandwidth and Im still getting good speeds on the game and on youtube. Anyone else have this issue? How can I fix it? Its annoying me so much im legit wondering why steam even implemented it in the first place.

Getting this same problem with YouTube videos on Workshop item pages. It'll try to buffer for a second, then throw out an error. Has been happening for at least a month or so.
