What if it will still be untradeable after 7 days?
That would only happen if the game is no longer sold on Steam, like a banned game. But that is not the case with the one you mention as you can still purchase the cards on the market.
It doesn't show any date, only say it's untradeable in the tags.

So, the items received for crafting will inherit that trading card restriction. So, 7 days from when you purchased the trading cards.

Don't worry about it not showing the text for the restriction timer.
