Click on the next page, page loads, I get this message. Every single time. I just wonder, why has this never been fixed? It's been around for a very long time. How much time and money exactly does it take for someone at Valve to feel like fixing little things like this?

What page are you exactly trying to reach? On the store when you search or what?
The Workshop and Market. Clicking to the next page usually gives the above error.

The Market I don't know about. For the workshop what game are you trying to get into the workshop on? I had this trouble with a few games myself a while ago.

I use the SFM, Gmod, TF2, and Binding of Isaac Workshops.

I had this issue with my Arma 3 Workshop for a while. I dont remember what I did. You can keep trying refreshing the page. If that does not work try restarting your computer and Steam Client.
If that does not work please try the following:

Click the Start button, then 'All Programs', and 'Accessories'

Right click on Command Prompt and click "Run as administrator".

In the command prompt type the following command or copy/paste (ctrl+c/ctrl+v), make sure you include the quotation marks.

"C:\Program Files\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair

Press Enter

This should take a few minutes.

When comleted it will show "Steam Client Service repair completed"

Now reboot your computer and see if Steam works better.

I forgot to mention that if your steam directory is somewhere else like in 'Program Files (x86)'
Just switch the directory in the Command Prompt to wherever your Steam is installed.
