Broken mouse wheel scrolling after last Steam update.
After last update on nov 8th, scrolling with mouse wheel in Steam is not possible any more (scroll bar works normally).
If i click middle button (wheel), cursor changes and i can scroll page in all four directions but its not a thing i want to use since its not very comfortable.
Only place that wheel works normally is library.

Anyone with this problem?
Im using Windows XP. Yes, i know it will stop being supported in coming weeks but such basic thing should work normally.

Expect functionality to break when using an operating system no longer supported by Valve.

The only way to fix this is by purchasing a newer gaming PC better than your current one.

Yes, thats inevitable in my case. But still, thats really stupid bug and it shouldnt happen at all.
