so i want to build second budget pc and which cpu is better?! xeon x3440 or i5 760

They are pretty much equal. Also, they are pretty old and slow by today's standards.

The Xeon would be better for threaded tasks due to the extra 4 threads, but yeah not to much difference between them.

but the Xeon is slightly ahead due to the extra threads
