what? can't you just state what driver you're using instead of being vague? For PS3 (DS3) controllers, SCP (Unofficial driver) is the best solution. If you use PS4 (DS4), use DS4Windows or SCP.
I never heard of Sony releasing official SCE drivers for DS3 in windows.
I definitely don't think they were Officialy Released for public use
any ideas?

apart from the solution itself I'm wondering why it wouldn't work, since windows detect it as perfectly functional, but i guess the doubt will rremain
