my friend was added by a scammer, who clearly tried to use the "your items are duped" scam, and i need to know how to report him on steamrep because his steamrep is currently clean

Otherwise its as good as not calling in the woods.

It is crucial to report the user on Steam.

They're usually community banned for malicious activity.

Steamrep by itself is simply unreliable.

You can fake / forge any nonsense and supply it to them.

If you READ / look carefully, you see that there are many profile reports there as well.
