Age-gating

I've done some digging, but I'm not sure how to proceed. There was an ability to remove the age-gating warning from some games, but I can't find a way to do so. My preferences checks off every item, and I can't at least add a game manually to the exceptions list without some niche tag on them. For the most part, Mature rated games are stuck with displaying the warning and the page says my preferences force the page to show, despite that my preferences say not to. It's annoying.

Some newer games I've added somehow automatically were added as exceptions, but not others that remain age-gated. Is there some button on the community hub I'm supposed to mark? I can't seem to find them if they exist.

A: We're with you on this. Unfortunately, many rating agencies have rules that stipulate that we cannot save your age for longer than a single browsing session. It's frustrating, but know we're filling out those age gates too.

This doesn't help, because that has always been there. My point was, there are similar games where you have the ability of choice to add them as exceptions that remove that. This was a relatively new feature that was much demanded. There was a check box where you were able to add it as an exception in the same page, but on other games, it's disappeared for no reason even though that policy was amended. You're supposed to have the ability to disable this feature when you want now.

The age-gating feature does not always work at times once you approve it. It just gets annoying when it does pop up despite having confirmed it countless times before. The ability to disable it was added to reduce that problem.

There are NO exceptions to the age gate. None.

The date is set if you don't delete cookies but the last stage check is not saved.

Wrong.

Preferences page displays a list of games/hubs you can add as exceptions which clearly indicate it can be bypassed. This was a new feature rolled out specifically to do that. There is an ability to do so, but somehow the page comes up in error saying my preferences block it when in fact they generally don't.

No, literally 5 minutes ago in looking at my preferences page.

Those aren't actual age gates like the ones you enter your birthdate. Those are sensitive material gates.

Umm, no I'm talking about the age gate you enter just to use the game hub. It is there when it's not setting the exception despite the rating.

Umm, no I'm talking about the age gate you enter just to use the game hub. It is there when it's not setting the exception despite the rating.

That is the sensitive content gate and not a real "age" "please enter your date of birth" gate.

You don't understand. The thing in the preferences REMOVES the age gate. There is no warning page at all for games placed under the exceptions. It doesn't for others where you somehow have to add it as an exception despite the same type of rating. I'm trying to add them which is what I'm looking for. This removes the warning.

And for the record, the blur/hide options in addition to that are not checked, which should not be blocking me to the age gate page with games in it's exceptions list.
