Rocket League won't launch (I've tried literally everything else)

Rocket League was working perfectly fine last week on my machine, but I tried to play it last night and I got the Steam window that said "Preparing to Launch"...and then nothing. Upon looking in task manager I saw Rocket League was running, except it wasn't. Ended that task and did a cmd taskkill command to ensure all rocket league processes were dead.

I searched the internet and tried all of the suggestions that supposedly worked for other people:
- Verifying game files
- Reinstalling Rocket League
- Reinstalling Microsoft C++ 2010 Redistributables
- Repairing Microsoft C++ 2012 Redistributables
- Repairing Microsoft C++ 2013 Redistributables
- Reinstalling Microsoft C++ 2015-2019 Redistributables
- Updating Windows
- Reinstalling graphics driver (running latest as of February 12th 2020)

The only thing I've done on my computer between when it was working to now was install the latest chipset driver for my X570 motherboard. PC specs are below in case that may be causing issues. I don't think the chipset driver could cause such an issue but I believe that's the only major thing I've done. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Don't wanna reinstall windows just to get this game to work. I appreciate anything and thanks in advance!

16GB DDR4-3600
GTX 1070


EDIT
I should mention that I did play Rocket League successfully on my laptop while I was out of town and sync'd my save to that machine. Maybe that has some issues with it?

Sorry if I seem lost, but how would I get help for Rocket League in RDR2 discussion posts? And yes I have restarted my computer several times.

Rocket League have own pinned down thread a help, is that what you have tried or random google, and you can still have other issue such as antivirus blocking issue, try make allow rule.
for game.exe and steam,exe

i did try read that, did you just delete a file then it work ?

please state own solution,i read through that link with things that look like spam and has nothing todo with current problem is not ok. post solution here and in game forum is ok.
i only do it as curiositie and same time i dont care, then i dont have the game.
so its more if you dont want other to struggle with it, then provide better solution. and to the point.
