Can i sell a game on my account that i didn't open?
hello folks, i just noticed i have efootball PES 2020 i didn't open or install the game at all and i don't intend to....can i sell it ?

No, but you can refund it if you bought it less than 2 weeks ago.

why buy a game you never intend to play? No steam does not allow you to sell/trade games. Last time it did that was whenever South Park the Stick of Truth came out, just before release.

Steam games, upon purchase, are tied to your user account and cannot be transferred or sold in any way.

You should consider refunding the game if it was a purchase from the Steam Store and if you're eligible for it.
