Oculus Quest Compatibility?

So I recently bought an Oculus Quest and was looking on Steam for some games to play. When I look at any vr game, it only shows if it's compatible with Oculus Rift and any other brands. Is Steam simply not compatible with Oculus Quest?

The point of a Oculus Quest is that the games run directly on the Quest hardware without the need of a PC like with the Oculus Rift S.
So the games are special versions made for the Quest and can only be bought on the Oculus Store.

Steam VR games are not compatible with the Quest hardware.
VR games on Steam require a VR headset that runs it games on the PC.

There is a connection cable for i think 80 bucks you can buy for the Quest, with that you can connect it to the PC and use the Quest as a standard VR headset.
Then you can play VR games from Steam.
But that also means your pc needs to be powerful enough to run VR games.
